Our Brokerage was founded in 2015 to help investors buy and sell real estate in the State of Florida.
Our work spans the full range of Florida lodging: forty-room roadside motels on the Gulf, flagged select-service hotels in growth corridors, and generational beachfront resorts that transact once in a lifetime. In each case the mandate is identical — protect the owner's confidentiality, establish credible value, and close on terms that hold.
We are licensed in Florida and maintain active relationships with hospitality lenders, franchise development officers, coastal insurance brokers, and hotel operators throughout the state.
